What time can I check in and check out?
Reception confirms the times when it replies to your enquiry. If you expect to arrive early or late, add your arrival time to your message.
What if I need to cancel or change my dates?
Tell Reception as soon as you know. Reception will confirm the terms for your dates when it replies to your enquiry.
Can you collect me from the airport?
Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off is one of our services. Kilimanjaro International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the hotel. Add your arrival flight number to the form and Reception will confirm the details with you.
Where are you, and how far is the town centre?
We are on Namanga Road, in the central business district of Arusha, about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The Location page has the map and how to get here.
What is in every room?
Every room has air conditioning, satellite TV, a mini bar, an electronic safe, Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Can I travel with children?
You can include children when you ask for your dates. Add their ages to your message and Reception will reply for your whole party. The pool has a children’s section.
Is there a pool?
Yes. The pool is fenced and free for hotel guests, with a children’s section. Floats and towels are free.
Can you host a meeting or an event?
Yes. There are two conference rooms for up to 200 people across both, depending on the set-up, with audio-visual equipment. Outside catering is available for events away from the hotel. The details are under Meetings and events on the Facilities page.
Do you arrange safaris and day trips?
Yes. The hotel arranges day trips and safaris to Tanzania’s national parks. Tell Reception what you have in mind in your message.
Is laundry available?
Yes. Laundry and dry cleaning are available for a small fee.
