Who we are
This website belongs to SG Premium Resort, Namanga Road, Arusha, Tanzania. This page explains what happens to the details you give us through the website.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message, we collect what you type: your name, email address and phone number, and the details of your request, such as dates, number of guests, flight details, event details and any notes you add.
Your browser also remembers your stay choices (not your name, email or phone number) until you close the tab, so a page refresh does not lose them.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and to arrange what you ask for: a stay, airport pick-up, a meeting or event, or a day trip. We do not sell your details.
Who receives it
Your request is emailed to Reception and saved in a private enquiry list on this website. Only the hotel's staff and the people who look after the website can open it. We email a copy of your request to you.
If you press the WhatsApp button after sending a request, the message is sent through WhatsApp, which handles it under its own terms. The map on the Contact page loads from Google only when you press the button. If you choose a language with the Translate button at the bottom left of a page, that page is translated by GTranslate, which uses Google Translate: its script loads only then, the text of the page is sent to those services to be translated, and your browser keeps your language choice until you choose English again.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to reply to you and to run your stay, event or trip, and for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact Reception and quote your reference number.
